Custom photo magnets are prepared after the order and usable files are received. Shipping options and estimated timing are shown at checkout before you place the order. Larger bulk, school, corporate, wedding, or event orders may need additional production time.

Orders ship from Florida. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and the shipping method available at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available.

Free shipping offers may apply based on cart total or active promotion terms.

If you have a gift date, school deadline, event date, or other hard deadline, contact Remiee before ordering so the timing can be reviewed.

Magnets are packed to protect the print surface and help the order arrive cleanly. If a package arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the packaging and magnets.

Because photo magnets are custom-made to order, correctly produced custom items generally cannot be returned for resale. If there is a print issue, material issue, shipping damage, or production concern, contact us with order details and photos so we can review it.
