What we collect
When you place an order, request a quote, contact us, or join the email list, we collect the information needed to complete that request. This can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, uploaded images, order details, payment status, and message contents.
Payment details are processed through Stripe. Remiee Magnets does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
We use customer information to produce and ship orders, respond to questions, send quote replies, process wholesale requests, handle support, improve the site, and send email updates only when someone signs up for them.
Uploaded photos
Customer photos are used to produce the ordered magnets. We do not sell uploaded photos. We may contact you if a file looks low-resolution, unclear, or likely to print poorly.
Analytics and site tools
The site may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Google Analytics, to understand visits, conversions, and site performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.
