How much space does the magnet station need?
A standard setup requires roughly a 6-foot table and access to a standard 110V electrical outlet. We bring everything else. If your venue has limited space, let us know and we can adjust to a more compact setup.
How many guests can the station serve per hour?
Capacity depends on guest count, venue flow, upload needs, staffing, and package. Share your guest count and event schedule so Remiee can recommend a practical setup.
How long does setup take?
Setup and teardown needs are confirmed during the quote process based on venue rules, table placement, power access, and event schedule.
What if some guests don't have a smartphone?
We bring a tablet that guests can use to upload photos from their own device or browse photos you've pre-loaded for the event. For guests without a smartphone, you can pre-load a set of event photos and they choose one. No smartphone required.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
Booking, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are confirmed in the written event quote or booking agreement before the date is held.
